The public can now send questions, requests for clarification and suggestions regarding the services of the Ministry of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development directly to the Minister through WhatsApp voice messages.
The initiative, titled “Ask Handun,” allows members of the public to send voice messages to 077 554 1646 on matters related to the Ministry’s services.
According to the announcement, the questions and concerns submitted will be reviewed based on their importance, with responses from the Minister to be published on his official Facebook page.
