The High Commission of India in Colombo has announced the appointment of Alhind Global Services as the new Outsourcing Service Provider (OSP) for visa, passport, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), attestation, and other consular services in Sri Lanka.
According to the High Commission, the new service provider will commence operations on July 7, 2026, on behalf of the High Commission of India in Colombo, the Assistant High Commission in Kandy, and the Consulates General in Jaffna and Hambantota.
As part of the new arrangement, an Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) will also be established in Batticaloa to enhance access to consular services across the country.
Beginning July 7, applicants will be able to book appointments for visa, passport, OCI, and other consular services through the ICAC Sri Lanka website.
Applications can be submitted at the newly established centres located in Colombo, Kandy, Jaffna, Hambantota, and Batticaloa.
